How we will launch you
Phase 1: Implementation
1. Collect Information
We will catalog your product/service offerings, company information, locations, job roles that your staff can be assigned. Configure your business rules for payment, pricing, order routing, inventory levels, etc.
2. Prepare Online Store(s)
We will enrich your product catalog, gather images, customize your store look & feel, connect your sales reps to live chat with customers. Connect your finance department.
3. Integrate
We will plug in any other systems you might have to sync data. Setup your CRM, import your customer database, order history, tiers. Setup payment methods, applicable taxes, carriers & third party logistics, distribution territories, supported currencies & exchange rates.
Phase 2: Distribution
4. Customize Processes
Tweak your Order-to-Cash and other processes, what tasks gets forwarded to who and what can be automated. Configure your analytics and reporting. Setup your customer support rotation, call forwarding and who handles the online chat messages (use your favorite chat app.) You can download the actual workflows that run your business, and we have a visual tool to edit the workflows in our test servers.
5. Onboarding & Training
Invite your staff members, assign them roles, download the mobile app. We help with training. Your customers shouldn't need much training, but the B2B checkout is slightly different, since it allows multiple buyers to share a 'cart' to collaborate on purchasing, they can also enter their own purchase order numbers.
6. Promote & Network
Launch 🎉! Your store is SEO friendly and the public pages will be indexed by search engines. We will collaborate with you on promoting your shop to new customers. If you have an existing website, your shop can be embedded in it transparently, otherwise we have a builtin site builder to add pages and forms (It's a "headless" store, you can download it and customize it.)
