It's a "Software as a Service" product that runs in the cloud, and you access it over the web. SupplyUnite at its core is an E-commerce platform that allows you to create customer and vendor portals for business to business trade. The experience is similar to consumer online shopping, but it generates purchase and sales orders, follows custom processes you define for your company. By itself it's not an ERP, but it can act as a fast, and very flexible wrapper around your ERP. You can implement new and interesting business processes or launch new business models and partnerships without modifying your ERP.

Businesses that have complex e-commerce needs; multiple departments, multiple locations that hold inventory, multiple business entities, a closer integration with their business customers and vendors, teams that need highly customized workflows and processes, and access to fine-grained analytics and custom reporting. You can download and customize every aspect of it, using visual Open Source tools; if you can read a flow chart you can implement a new business process..

Multiple companies (brand, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and logistics, etc.) can all 'link' with each other to form a proper supply chain; they can collaborate on fulfilling orders as if they were one company. Each has their own account, and can choose what messages flows between parties.

In its most basic form, if you have a spreadsheet of your products/services and their pictures, you can launch an online B2B store all by yourself. This assumes you're going to use SupplyUnite for everything, and not updating a legacy ERP system or integrating with other systems. This use-case is most common with brands that are just launching in a specific market.

See the /pricing page. We don't like surprises either, so all our quotes are fixed and inclusive of everything you need to run your business predictably.
